Lime textured hollow form stands approximately 90mm’s tall and has a diameter of around 130mm. This piece took around 10 hours to create.

The Lime textured hollow form was turned on my woodturning lathe then sanded. The pattern was then laid out over the piece and the work began. With a micro motor drill unit each piece was carefully cut out from the body. Once complete it was time for the pyrography burner.

The process was to burn all the remaining skeleton of the hollow form with the hot tip of the pyrography unit dot by dot. The awkward bit was texturing the inside of the piece.

The rim was left intact and polished to add contrast to the Lime textured hollow form.
