Two Doves is a Sycamore hollow from which has been textured and decorated with the image of two doves of peace.

Two Doves is approximately 100mm tall and around 135mm in diameter.

This piece took around 10 hours to produce, the Sycamore was turned and sanded inside and out. The image of the two doves was then applied to the wood and then the burn texturing was started. This process takes a few hours as the pattern is done with a small hot tip laboriously working around the image and then covering the whole of the outside.

The doves were then painted with pearlescent paint.
