Lasts for around 3 hours. With my guidance, you should be able to turn and finish your own unique pen.
Pen turning can be quick and simple also very productive. This is an ideal way to take a quick look in to the world of woodturning.
You should expect to learn from my pen turning courses the following. Safety instruction for working on a woodturning lathe. How to safely mount and turn a pen. Turning and finishing of a pen. Pen assembly.
By the end of the pen turning course, you will have produced your own pen. This can be a nice keepsake or as a gift for someone.
On one of my pen turning lessons there’s no need for you to bring anything. Even refreshments are supplied throughout the course.
General Information.
My turning courses are tailored to your needs. They are also a good way to start before going out and buying any equipment to take up pen turning. I’m happy to give advice so you buy the right equipment for you.
All of my pen turning lessons are one to one. I’m happy to teach two people if you want to bring along someone with you.
Pen turning courses start at around 9.30 and we finish around 12.30 or I can run a course from 1.30 till 4.30. The pen turning course lasts around 3 hours.

The cost of a Half Day Pen Turning Course is £95.00 for a single person or £140.00 for two people sharing.
